Four efficient, silicate heaters evenly stabilize the temperature in each zone of the chamber. As a result, the elements of the sintering work sinter at the same temperature, which ensures the absence of stresses and minimizes the risk of breakage of your case.
The appropriate cooling process affects the strength and shape stability of zirconium structures. HELIOS ZR as one of the few sintering furnaces has a programmable cooling process. It controls the parameters from the beginning to the end of the sintering process.
The dimensions of the chamber enable sintering of the full dental arch with supports and a stabilizing base, which reduces the risk of deformation. Additionally, the possibility of setting up to three shelves with a diameter of 120 mm increases the furnace efficiency by three times.
