HELIOS ZR is a modern device for sintering zirconium oxide. Thanks to the latest technology, it ensures perfect stabilization of the sintering temperature and guarantees high quality and transparency of the zirconium oxide structures.
TECHNOLOGY
ERGONOMIC SOLUTIONS
Compact and aesthetic design saves space in the lab. The cover of the working chamber and the elements exposed to contact with high temperatures are made of stainless steel.
TOTAL ELIMINATION OF DEFORMATION
Thanks to the control system and 2nd generation heaters, deformations and distortions of zirconium structures are eliminated.
SIGNALING about HEATING ELEMENT FAILURE
The mode switch enables the optimal selection of parameters for melting steel alloys and noble metal alloys.
SPEED MODE
Thanks to advanced process control systems, the HELIOS ZR furnace offers the SPEED mode that allows sintering within 2 hours. Thus, it gives the opportunity to perform more works.
UNIFORM SINTERIZATION
Four efficient, silicate heaters evenly stabilize the temperature in each zone of the chamber. As a result, the elements of the sintering work sinter at the same temperature, which ensures the absence of stresses and minimizes the risk of breakage of your case.
COOLING CONTROL
The appropriate cooling process affects the strength and shape stability of zirconium structures. HELIOS ZR as one of the few sintering furnaces has a programmable cooling process. It controls the parameters from the beginning to the end of the sintering process.
EFFICIENCY
The dimensions of the chamber enable sintering of the full dental arch with supports and a stabilizing base, which reduces the risk of deformation. Additionally, the possibility of setting up to three shelves with a diameter of 120 mm increases the furnace efficiency by three times.
